The Northwest Ohio Manufacturing Alliance (NOMA), a program of the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, is excited to partner with Toledo Technology Academy of Engineering (TTA) for Manufacturing Day in 2025!

This is a FREE event for educators & manufacturers that are members of the Toledo Chamber and NOMA to connect with over 350 TTA students.

Manufacturing Day helps show the reality of modern manufacturing careers by encouraging thousands of companies and educational institutions around the nation to open their doors to students, parents, teachers and community leaders. As they seek to fill 4 million high-skill, high-tech and high-paying jobs over the next decade, Manufacturing Day empowers manufacturers to come together to address their collective challenges so they can help their communities and future generations thrive.

It is requested that employers provide an industry prototype or hands-on activity to educate students on what your company produces. For our older students, please have information available about open positions, internship opportunities, or career pathways at your company.

Each employer will be supplied with a 6-foot exhibit table for set up, and access to electricity if indicated.

The Toledo SBDC Business Blueprint workshop is tailored for aspiring entrepreneurs who need guidance in launching their business. This interactive session offers a clear overview of critical startup steps including how to create a business plan, navigate licensing and local regulations, and develop effective marketing strategies. It also covers essential financial topics such as understanding financial statements, managing cash flow, preparing for funding opportunities, and identifying valuable business resources to support long-term success.

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers one on one no-cost counseling to entrepreneurs in all stages of their business cycle, whether they are beginning their business endeavors or are looking to grow their existing operations. The SBDC provides one-on-one counseling centered on the business planning process, including financing, market research, marketing strategies, and management and cash flow analysis. A Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce membership is not required to utilize these services.

We believe that effective leadership in the public and private sectors is as important as ever.

As the longest running leadership program of its kind in Ohio, The Institute for Leadership & Advocacy empowers emerging leaders with the knowledge, tools, and connections needed to collaborate with public officials, make a meaningful impact in their communities, and confidently prepare to run for elected office.

For 2025, the Institute has been redesigned to meet the evolving needs of today's leaders - with a stronger focus than ever on preparing participants to run for elected office.

To accommodate the busy schedules professionals juggle, the Institute will now run on two consecutive Fridays, October 10 and 17.

Day 1 (October 10): Focuses on leadership fundamentals applicable across public and private industries, including collaboration, communication, and working with local governments.

Day 2 (October 17): Focuses on all new sessions tailored for emerging leaders who are interested in running for elected office, including campign strategies, fundraising and community engagment. We know that it can be very difficult to know where to start when getting involved in local government - These trainings will give you the foundation necessary to run a smart, successful campaign.

Choose the experience that will fit your goals - register for Day 1, Day 2 or both weeks. Whether you're strengthening your leadership skills or preparing to run for office, the Institute offers the tools to help you lead with impact.

The Broadway production of THE GREAT GATSBY began previews at The Broadway Theatre on Friday, March 29, 2024, and opened on Thursday, April 25, 2024, where it continues to thrill audiences and break box office records. The Broadway production followed a record-breaking world-premiere engagement at Paper Mill Playhouse, where it was the highest grossing show in that organization’s history.

THE GREAT GATSBY made its West End debut at the London Coliseum, which began previews on April 11, 2025, and officially opened on April 24. The highly anticipated Seoul production started performances on August 1, 2025, at the GS Arts Center in the Gangnam District of Seoul.

One of the most popular novels of all time, The Great Gatsby is a New York Times and USA Today perennial best seller. It has sold over 30 million copies worldwide since its release in 1925 and continues to sell over 500,000 per year. The novel has been translated into over 42 different languages, and has been adapted into television shows, radio plays, video games, and multiple films – including the blockbuster Baz Luhrmann feature film starring Leonardo DiCaprio.

The North American tour of THE GREAT GATSBY is produced by Chunsoo Shin, OD Company and NETworks Presentations. Mark Shacket and Trinity Wheeler serve as Executive Producers for the production. Worldwide management for THE GREAT GATSBY is handled by Foresight Theatrical.
