Brenda is a trusted attorney with extensive experience in the IP law field. Her practice consists of counseling large and small clients to develop, maintain, and enforce their IP portfolios. Brenda partners with clients to develop creative solutions to managing IP assets. She has a diverse range of experience, including preparing and prosecuting foreign and domestic patent and trademark applications, providing infringement and validity opinions, and conducting due diligence and patent landscape analyses. Clients appreciate her straight-forward approach to reach solutions that are efficient, strategic, and successful.

Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering and is a registered Engineer-in-Training (EIT). Brenda is admitted to the Ohio State Bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
