We’re always looking for ways to expand our technical skills and hone our craft,” explained Fry. “JDI’s structure allows its people to make decisions, as if they were business owners themselves. This empowered culture lets people grow and thrive within their own personal careers,” said Tom Worline, P.E., structural engineer and department manager.
