TOLEDO (January 1, 2018): Mr. Bernie Wicklein, President of the Nooter Construction Company, which owns subsidiary RMF Nooter, Inc. announces the promotion of Mr. Jake Josias to the position of Vice President and General Manager.

Mr. Josias previously held the Vice President of Human Resources position with CIC Group, Incorporated, a holding company for Nooter Construction Company and had been the General Manager for subsidiary Delta Nooter. He has had leadership positions within Business Development, Operations, Branch Management, Project Management, Site Management over a 20 year period. Additionally, he holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute.

Mr. Josias has earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of
Business Administration Degree from the University of Eastern Illinois.

Mr. Josias is married to Lisa and they have three children. His family shall relocate to this area from the St. Louis, MO. as the school year ends.
