 | fine wine, exceptional food, live music, and meaningful impact POUR WITH A PURPOSE is the 2nd annual fundraiser hosted by the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio. General Admission is $75 per person and includes small wine tasting, hors d'oeuvres, live music and a silent auction. Funds raised help provide free kidney health screenings, educational resources, and vital support services for individuals and families affected by kidney disease throughout our community. The Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio offers Emergency Assistance and General Assistance, $150 and $500 per year respectively, to patients on dialysis and those newly transplanted. We currently serve approximately 200 patients per month by paying for emergency transportation, blood pressure cuffs, medications, nutrition supplements, mileage reimbursement, gel cushions for comfort, and medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and walkers. With your support, we can continue the fight against chronic kidney disease. All funds raised remain local.
