This year’s event will feature regional buffet stations inspired by iconic coastal and classic American cuisines. Enjoy seafood favorites, regional specialties, summer cocktails, relaxed networking, and patriotic touches throughout the evening as we celebrate the people, places, and partnerships that make our region strong.

4:30 p.m. | Registration Opens
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Cocktail Hour in Africa! Overlook
6:00 p.m. | Sea to Shining Sea buffet stations open & the fun begins inside of the Malawi Event Center!
A few important event details:
- This is a "rain or shine" event
- Come dressed for summer and ready to celebrate! Think casual, comfortable, and red, white & blue!
- Registration opens at 4:30 p.m.
- Cocktail hour begins at 5:00 p.m.
- Cocktails are available for purchase by credit card only
Parking is complimentary in the Anthony Wayne Trail parking lot. Proceed toward the Malawi Event Center, which is located on the same side of the Anthony Wayne Trail as the parking lot. Chamber staff will be there to greet and direct you. No need to utilize the bridge or tunnel to cross back over the trail to the other side of the zoo. The zoo closes to the public at 5 p.m.; visitors may be leaving at this time. Individuals who need/want assistance can be dropped off at the zoo entrance and will be transported via golf carts to the Malawi Event Center. Check-in is located at the table in front of the carousel by providing your name. This is a ticket-less event. In case of inclement weather, check-in will be inside of the Malawi Event Center.
