The Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC) is excited to launch it’s 6th Art of Scale Up Cohort, an 8-week, hands-on program built specifically for business owners who are ready to grow smarter, stronger, and more profitably. We’ll meet every Tuesday for 8 weeks, kicking things off with an engaging intro session and wrapping up with a high-energy networking event where you can connect with fellow entrepreneurs, partners, and resources.
The Art of Scale Up is designed to help you navigate real challenges of growing an existing business. Together, we’ll tackle common pain points like:
- Understanding your business numbers
- Preparing your business to be bank-ready
- Reducing overhead and increasing efficiency
