Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio Announces, “Pour with a Purpose” Fundraiser at Urban Pine Winery
The Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio (KFNWO) invites the community to raise a glass for a great cause at its upcoming fundraising event, Pour with a Purpose, on Thursday, November 13, from 5:30–9:30 p.m. at Urban Pine Winery, 3415 Briarfield Blvd., Maumee, Ohio.
This newly created signature evening will blend fine wine, food, live music, and giving back—all to support local patients living with kidney disease. Funds raised will help KFNWO provide direct assistance to individuals in Northwest Ohio who are managing the daily challenges of end-stage renal disease, including access to life-sustaining medications, transportation to dialysis, and vital health education programs.
Guests will enjoy curated wine tastings, hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment by guitarist Thaddaeus Washington, and a silent auction. Two ticket levels are available:
· General Admission – $75, which includes a small wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres, live music, and access to the silent auction.
· VIP Experience – $125, featuring a full wine tasting with a sommelier, upgraded hors d’oeuvres, and access to a private dining area within the winery.
A total of 200 tickets are available—150 general admission and 50 VIP—offering guests an intimate and engaging evening in support of a meaningful mission.
“Every day, we hear from patients who are struggling to afford their medications or get to dialysis,” said Kelly Mofield, executive director of KFNWO. “Our community’s generosity makes it possible for us to say yes—to provide help, hope, and relief when people need it most. Pour with a Purpose is not just a night out; it’s a chance to make a real difference for our neighbors living with kidney disease.”
More than 37 million Americans are affected by kidney disease, including thousands of residents across Northwest Ohio. KFNWO remains the only local organization providing direct financial assistance and support to those impacted by the disease.
Proceeds from Pour with a Purpose will fund essential programs that help residents prevent kidney disease, access treatment, and improve their quality of life.
