Connect with likeminded business leaders from the Toledo region on Friday, August 14 for the Summer Legislative Reception presented by Buckeye Broadband, for the opportunity to be face-to-face with the elected officials whose decisions impact the region’s business climate. The Summer Legislative Reception gives you the chance to get to know your elected officials, ask them questions and learn the issues that might affect your business. Coming together to use our collective influence strengthens the relationships between our private and public leaders, with the goal of fostering economic growth and prosperity throughout the Toledo region.
Members of the Ohio General Assembly, local elected officials and federal and statewide office holders are being invited to attend. As the rsvp, a list of those expected to attend will be updated here.
Attendees of this event will enjoy coffee, a light breakfast and networking at The National Museum of the Great Lakes, located at 1701 Front Street, right along the Maumee River in Downtown Toledo. The National Museum of the Great Lakes tells the awe-inspiring stories of our Great Lakes through breathtaking photography, over 300 incredible artifacts, a number of powerful audiovisual displays and 40 hands-on interactive exhibits including the 617-foot iron ore freighter Col. James M. Schoonmaker Museum Ship and the historic Museum Tug Ohio.
Complimentary parking is available for guests directly in front of the museum.
