At the Talent Trends & Best Practices Mini Conference we will continue the conversation led by local and regional experts. They will share research-based practices for attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent for our region.
You will also hear about the new Auto & Advanced Mobility hub located here in NW Ohio and hosted by the Northwest Ohio Manufacturing Alliance. Educators and employers will learn more about the Super Rapids process this fall and how we can best leverage the $1 million funds available to increase capacity and build new programs to equip workers in the Auto & Advanced Mobility value chain.
Learn about the in-demand occupations and industries for our region as we give an update on the Talent Alignment Data. Then hear from Katherine Adams, Manager of Workforce and Career Exploration, Ottawa County Improvement Corporation on best practices to engage the business and education communities to understand and support the educational and employment needs within our region. Hear from employers who have been able to plug in and create talent pipelines to fill their workforce needs.
