Great remodel of my bathroom! I love it! The guys worked in a timely manner to get the job done and explained everything to me as the job progressed. I'll definitely be calling them back for my next project! Thanks for a job well done!

I will disclose that I am married to the owner, so definitely biased .... BUT our team of technicians and office staff are a group of AMAZING and TALENTED individuals that do their best to tackle every problem / project they are presented. Thank You all for all you do and how well you all represent us and what we are trying to do!

I would give this company ZERO stars if possible. Having trouble with my water heater, in the days before the Fourth of July, I called my home warranty company, they sent out A+. Because it was classified as "non-emergent", By the time they arrived, it was Thursday July 3, and my family of 5 had already been without hot water for almost 4 days. The man who came was rude and very condescending, he wasn't even in my home yet and asked me for the $60 service fee! Me holding onto my 90lb dog and a Wii remote, invited him in and Into the basement, so I wouldn't have to worry about the dog, and so I could explain to him the problem. NOT ONCE DID I REFUSE TO PAY THE SERVICE FEE AT THIS POINT. He came downstairs, I explained the issue, he very obviously annoyed with me, snapped that he would babysit it for 30 minutes, but if he didn't see if malfunction, wouldn't be able to do anything, and that I'd have to call back when it went out again. I said ok, we plugged the tank back in, it came on, i ran upstairs for less than one minute to check on my children and turn on the hot water, since this in my experience kicks it off, and ran back downstairs, to see him standing with in the doorway, 5+ feet away, with his back turned, from what he's supposed to be Babysitting, to see that he had 1. Replaced the insulation, 2 slid the door closed, and 3 replaced the face plate to the pilot light and was asking for payment! I questioned how he was going to SEE it malfunction having closed up every viewpoint, to which he said it was working fine, and that he needed payment and that I'd have to call back if it went out again. I squeezed past him and opened it back up, only to see the pilot light had already gone out and he missed it! At this point he looked surprised that I said it was out and walked over to check himself. Then acted like he didn't fix it because I wouldn't pay! He had no idea what I went upstairs to do. I could have been getting my wallet! But he closed it up, and wanted my money so he could leave. I called his Boss, Jason, and got no where, because he claimed I refused to pay. After someone showing you that they are dishonest, would YOU pay upfront at that point? Jason kept stating it was the warranty companies policy to collect payment before any work is completed, however Shannon, the supervisor at the warranty company stated that they prefer it, but it's not a rule. Often times there are tenants at the home, or parents are at work, and the service can be billed. So he could have fixed my water heater and let me pay him, when he was done, but they chose not to, and this coward of a service man SNUCK out of my home while I was on the phone with his boss! His boss, Jason, had multiple opportunities to make it right, but chose not to. Knowing that we had already been without hot water for almost 4 days, and that the next day was a holiday and if we called another company they may not be out for a couple days. I don't know if this service man had a certain number of jobs for the day and once finished could have a long holiday weekend or what, but he had no problem being Dishonest and taking my money without even taking FIVE minutes to troubleshoot!! The fact that his boss, Jason, was ok with that, makes it even worse! The reason this review is so overdue, is because my father owns a company, and I would hate if one lazy dishonest employee brought his company bad reviews, so we contacted the business asking to speak to the owner, and after 2 weeks with no callback. He obviously doesn't care if his employee rip people off!! Funny, his website says he started this company because he was tired of untrustworthy servicemen, but yet he employs them!

We never like to hear of an unsatisfied home owner. We work with a number of home warranty companies, and they required us to collect a service fee/deductible for them prior to performing any work. This is not a rule that we made, but we do try to enforce. We are also required to see the unit malfunction before we are allowed to complete repairs because we have to call in the exact problem in order to have the claim covered by the warranty company. With that said, it sounds as if a little more communication would have gone a long way, and we will address this concern with our technicians. We strive to fulfill our customers needs in a courteous fashion, and we are extremely sorry that our actions may have led this customer to feel this way, It is not always easy to explain the warranty companies position, but will work with our technicians on a better way to do so.
