11:05 a.m.    What is "The Cleveland Plan"?  Carol Caruso, senior vice president of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, explains Cleveland's education reformation plan which may become a state-wide model.

11:20 a.m.    Introducing the Office of Workforce Transformation  How this office will soon connect employees and job-seekers, including veterans.  Speaker to be announced.

12 Noon   Luncheon - Ohio Governor John Kasich (invited) and Toledo Mayor Michael Bell will share their insights on leading in an era of reduced revenue and explain how they are working to move Ohio and Toledo forward.
