The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has been busy.  In addition to issuing relations that will dramatically change union organizing, the NLRB continues to issue decisions addressing what employee social media critisims of employers and the workplace are "protected".  All employers need to understand the impact of these decisions and implement and/or revise their social media practices accordingly.

Jim Yates, and attorney with Eastman & Smith, Ltd., will present the latest information on what employers need to be aware of when it comes to social media use by employees and answer your questions on this continually-evolving topic.
