When your job is managing a city, there is never a dull moment -- and 2011 was no exception!  In December, the TASBA Luncheon Series welcomes Mayor Mike Bell who will give a year-end wrap up of what his administration accomplished in 2011 and a look ahead to next year.

Mayor Bell will share his insights on the signs of revival that are starting to be seen in the local economy, the city's fiscal landscape in the wake of the recall of SB5, and the impact that all of these factors will have on the administration's budget balancing strategy for 2012.
