Event Description: Trajectory, fuel and physics. Use Newton’s third law of motion to propel objects high into the sky. The science of rockets is about to blast off! Alka-Seltzer Rockets Mix Alka-Seltzer and water to pressurize a film canister and watch it pop into the air. Stomp Rockets Blast a stomp rocket all the way to our glass ceiling using only foot power! Use one of our pre-made rockets or build your own. Explore how tweaks to the weight, wings and balance can give your rocket a drastically different trajectory. The week ends with our famous Water Rocket Challenge on Saturday and Sunday! We’ll provide everything that you need (bottles, paper, tape, water, etc). You just need to bring the idea and the willingness to put it together.
