Green Drinks Returns to Toledo in 2026 with Sustainability Networking Series

Free community events bring together environmental leaders, professionals, and residents passionate about sustainability

TOLEDO, OH – February 17, 2026 – Green Drinks returns for 2026, beginning this Tuesday, February 17, with an informal sustainability networking event at Earnest Brew Works Westgate. Hosted by Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful in partnership with the Lucas County Sustainability Commission, the gathering invites environmentally minded residents, professionals, students, and community leaders to connect, share ideas, and get inspired to make a difference locally.

Green Drinks events provide a welcoming space for people interested in environmental stewardship, community resilience, and sustainable living to meet in a relaxed, social setting.

“Green Drinks is about building connections and energy around sustainability in our community,” said Adam Cassi, Executive Director of Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful. “Through our partnership with the Lucas County Sustainability Commission, we’re bringing together residents, organizations, and leaders who care about creating a more sustainable future for Lucas County.”

The February gathering is the first of five Green Drinks events planned across Lucas County in 2026. Events are typically held the third Tuesday every other month from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at rotating local venues.

Green Drinks is part of a global movement that began in London in 1989 and now takes place in hundreds of cities worldwide.

Attendees can expect:

Networking with local sustainability leaders and organizations
Conversations about environmental initiatives in Northwest Ohio
Connections to volunteer and community opportunities
A casual, inclusive atmosphere welcoming all experience levels
