TOLEDO, OH, Feb. 7, 2018— Two destination restaurants in Downtown Toledo, The Heights and Brim House, are excited to announce a specially curated menu by Chef Aaron Lawson, with unique food offerings and cocktails that will be available daily from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. “My vision for the happy hour menu was to create a fun and unique play off bar style appetizers keeping in mind that we can be upscale and trendy without being pretentious. Attracting local community members who are inspired by new and exciting food trends that change often and with the seasons,” said Aaron Lawson, Executive Chef. The Brim House menu features appetizers for $5.00, burgers for $8.00, and tacos for $3.00 each. Also featured are creative takes on classic cocktails such as a cosmo, margarita, and daiquiri for $6.00. The Heights menu includes shareable wood-fired pizzas such as brisket and shrimp for $13.00, small bites for $8.00, and tacos for $3.00 each. Six different exceptional cocktails grace the menu all at $6.00. Brim House offers classic American cuisine consisting of grilled and roasted meats, fresh fish, small plates and hearty salads with modern twists. An open kitchen, lively bar and soft lounge seating provide a unique atmosphere. The bar pulls from Midwestern brews and ingredients for a state of the art craft beer and cocktail program coupled with a top-notch wine list. Dramatic design pays homage to the local glass culture, bringing Brim House to life as a true Toledo destination.
