Join the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce for its Focus on Business luncheon on Wednesday, February 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Toledo Museum of Art GlasSalon. The featured speaker will be Frank Kass, founder of Columbus-based development firm Continental Real Estate. Plans for the Marina District project include the Gateway Lofts residential complex and commercial development near the east Toledo riverfront. The Colony project will consist of an extended-stay hotel, apartments, and an assisted-living facility in the area at Central Avenue and Monroe Street. Both projects represent a multi-million dollar investment by Continental Real Estate. The event will also include economic updates from the Chamber, Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority and Regional Growth Partnership. Seating is limited. Cost for registration is $25.00 for Chamber members and $35.00 for non-members. Those wanting to register can do so HERE.
