Walbridge, Ohio (August 16, 2017) – John MacGregor, of Toledo, has been promoted to manager of construction management services for Rudolph Libbe Inc. of the Rudolph Libbe Group. MacGregor began working in the construction industry in 2002. He joined Rudolph Libbe in 2013, most recently serving as preconstruction leader. He holds an associate’s degree in business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Lourdes University.
