Had my car towed from Piasecki. The night of the accident I was told I could either pay cash or card, although there was a surcharge for using my card I was completely okay with that. The next morning I call and was told that cards are not accepted and that cash was the only option... already frustrated I managed to pull Cash out and headed over to the shop. Once I arrived I was ready to pay and pick up. It should have been a 123 process but upon arrival I was told they didn't have any change. How are you only accepting cash but you don't have change for said cash?!? So fine I run to the convenience store, got change and came back. Although my vehicles title was under a different name I had matching last names, and a matching address, plus you guys picked up the car from me so why would I need proof that I'm authorized to pick it up Especially when I'm an authorized driver on my insurance?? This place gave me a run around just to get my car back, if you have a different option in the moment please don't make the same mistake I made. Absolutely horrible experience, will never return..
