Event Description: TEDxMaumeeValleyCountryDaySchoolSalon: Human Development will be January 27, 2017 at 5:00pm in the Kasperzak Center at Maumee Valley Country Day School, 1715 S. Reynolds Rd, Toledo, OH. (419) 262-3811. It is free and open to the public. Speakers are Sally Pont (Director of College Counseling at Maumee Valley Country Day School) and Steve North (Director of 4.5 Poverty Immersion). TEDxMaumeeValleyCountryDaySchoolSalon is a local, recurring event organized by Maumee Valley students that brings local high schoolers together to explore a particular topic of interest. Consisting of TEDTalks and live presenters, the event's carefully curated program is designed to foster deeper, more intimate discussions and challenge individuals' ways of thought.
